Fragrance Oil Quality

* FO Quality: ALL of our FOs are skin-safe!

We provide only the highest grade of our fragrances to you, at the lowest price we can offer. [beware of vendors who do not mention skin-safety; if a vendor does not specify that their FOs are skin-safe, for your safety and that of your customers, you should assume that those FOs are NOT skin-safe. Always check first if you have any questions about a vendor's products.]

* Usage Rate: All FOs are tested using 0.7 oz. per pound of soap oils.

* Testing Procedures: All FOs must pass rigorous standards of behavior (not seizing or curdling) and colorfastness. We test in traditional CP. When a fragrance oil does not perform flawlessly, we indicate the areas to watch for in the description below.

* Testing Notes: See below, in the chart; We are always in the process of testing the fragrance oils. We test in candles (C), and CP soap (CP), lotions and toiletries (L&T) and glycerin/melt & pour soap (M&P). So if you don't see the symbols [C, LT, MP or CP] beside the fragrance oil, it's because it hasn't been tested yet.

* Disclaimer:
While we use a large test group, it is impossible to test for ALL situations. Althgouh traditional CP is stable, we recommend that you test for your specific application.
