Rewards Points FAQ

Membership

All customers who purchase products with Southern Garden Scents are eligible to receive rewards points on their purchases, except employees.

Earn Points

As a customer of Southern Garden Scents, you earn 2 points for nearly every $1 you spend on qualifying merchandise (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). Points will vest and be available for redemption in your account approximately after they payment for your order has been processed.

Earn additional Points through special offers and promotions. Point calculations are based upon dollars spent at checkout on qualifying purchases (see "Non-Qualifying Items" below). If products are returned, points will be deducted for those items returned. Rewards Points are non-transferable. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Customer Rewards points do not expire and you are granted use of the vested points on any future purchase. Point are redeemed as SGS buck$ toward the product total of your sale. They do not apply to shipping or sales taxes.

Get Rewards

For example, if you earn 250 Points in the Customer Rewards Points program, you will be eligible to receive a $5 store credit (SGS buck$) toward future purchases of any qualifying products. You have the choice during checkout to redeem your vested points or to allow the points to stay in you account. Redeemed rewards points get subtracted from you vested balance. Your Points can only be used for future purchases and may only be used for a discount off merchandise amounts equal to, or greater than, the amount of the sum of the Rewards Points total in your account, excluding sales tax and shipping. Rewards Points store credits may be used in conjunction with most other discounts or offers toward the purchase of products, not to exceed purchase amount. Rewards Points credits used to purchase products are non-refundable for product returns. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.

Non-Qualifying Items

Customer Rewards Points will not be earned for the following: Gift Voucher purchases, instant discounts, discount coupons, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases, other excluded charges, and certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.

Customer Rewards Store Credits may not be used for discounts off the following: prior purchases, purchase of Gift Vouchers, purchases made for resale, sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, commercial purchases. Other exclusions may apply.

The Reward Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
